SiteRecon is a mapping and takeoff platform for property maintenance companies. People look for alternatives for three reasons: the higher plans cost more than a small crew needs, they mostly quote homes rather than commercial sites, or they already run a business system with its own measuring tool.
This guide compares the main SiteRecon alternatives. Every fact about a vendor comes from that vendor's own website, checked October 17, 2026.
Short answer: for commercial takeoffs, compare PropertyIntel (especially if you run Aspire) and Attentive.ai's Beam AI. For residential lawn quotes, compare Deep Lawn and QuoteIQ. For the lowest price, look at LawnPro and getbids pro.
What SiteRecon does well
SiteRecon's home page pitches "Map, Measure, Estimate, Bid and Win in Minutes." It claims "95–98% AI accuracy on any property," and lists multi-layer service mapping, bulk property measurements, done-for-you takeoffs, geotagged site notes and photos, and site audit templates. It targets landscaping, lawn and plant health care, snow, paving and HOA work.
Pricing is published, which is rare in commercial takeoff software. From the pricing page:
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Users | Monthly credits | Extra user |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Scout | $39 | $399 | 1 | $20 | $39/mo |
| Growth | $250 | $2,850 | 2 | $200 | $39/mo |
| Teams | $400 | $4,560 | 5 | $200 | $59/mo |
| Partner | $500 | $5,700 | 5 | $200 | $69/mo |
Measurement credits are "$1 per acre." Done-for-you takeoffs, custom measurements and Excel/PDF exports start on Growth. Unlimited site audits and team dashboards start on Teams. Monthly Scout credits don't roll over; annual credits do, for the year.
Why people look elsewhere
- The jump from Scout to Growth. Done-for-you takeoffs require Growth, which is $250 a month against Scout's $39 SiteRecon.
- Residential volume. A lawn company quoting dozens of small lots a week cares more about speed per quote and a customer-facing price than about multi-layer site audits.
- An existing system. Aspire users get PropertyIntel inside the platform they already pay for.
- Seats. Each extra estimator is $39 to $69 a month SiteRecon.

The alternatives, one by one
PropertyIntel by Aspire
PropertyIntel is where Go iLawn and LandOne ended up. Its product page lists ProMaps AI for detecting pavement, surfaces and building footprints, manual drawing on imagery and PDFs, automated estimating and visual proposals. Imagery comes from two high-resolution aerial providers with leaf-off views refreshed "as often as every few months," plus satellite imagery for rural North America and 45-degree views.
Tiers are Essential (one user), Advanced (five users) and Enterprise (unlimited users, SSO, branch management). Prices aren't published on the page. The done-for-you PI Complete service promises a "24-48 hour turnaround" at "1 credit per 2 acres, with a 3-credit minimum."
Best for: commercial contractors already on Aspire, or anyone who wants measurements tied directly to Aspire estimates. See our Go iLawn alternatives guide if you're coming from Go iLawn.
Beam AI (Attentive.ai)
Attentive.ai's old Automeasure address now redirects to Beam AI, which its pricing page describes as takeoff and estimating software. The plan relevant to landscapers is "Done For You (Aerial Images)," for "landscaping, snow, paving, and striping," starting at $10K a year per trade, with a mobile app and bid management tools. Pricing is an annual license with capacity limits, not pay-per-takeoff.
Best for: larger commercial bid teams that want every takeoff done for them and can commit to an annual contract.
Deep Lawn
Deep Lawn's measurements page says "type an address and Deep Lawn measures the lawn, lot and buildings in seconds," covering turf, buildings, driveways, walkways, fence lines and tree canopy, with leaf-off winter imagery and edit tools that reprice as you adjust. The pricing page lists LaunchHD $120/month (40 searches), ProfessionalHD $200 (100), PerformanceHD $500 (300) and PremiumHD $1,500 (800). Extra searches are $2.50 to $1.50, and team members are $22/month each.
Best for: residential lawn and pest companies that quote at volume and want AI to do the outlining.
QuoteIQ
QuoteIQ's pricing page lists Essentials $29.99/month (1 user), Beginner $99.99 (2), Pro $199.99 (4), Elite $299.99 (10) and Max $699.99 (20), plus $25 per extra user, with a 14-day trial. MapMeasure Pro uses "Google's satellite layer," starts on Beginner, and has a Linear Mode for fences, gutters and edging. AI AutoMeasure is "100 IQ Credits per surface."
Best for: owners who want measuring, quotes, scheduling and payments in one app.
LawnPro
According to LawnPro's estimates page, its satellite area calculator is "included on every plan," and AI Measurements is "a pay-per-use add-on." LawnPro "does not collect an e-signature on estimates." The pricing page lists Solo free (1 user, 25 customers), Startup $39/month, Grow $129 and Plus $249, with 20% off annually.
Best for: small residential lawn operators who want a full system for little or nothing.
getbids pro
getbids pro charges $20/month with unlimited users and "no tiers, no feature gating." You draw areas on a satellite map, and customers sign estimates by text or email link. It covers lawn, pressure washing, painting, decks, pavers, concrete, windows and gutters, with a 14-day trial and no card.
Best for: small crews that quote several exterior trades.
Cost at your volume: a quick method
Credit, search and flat pricing compare differently depending on what you quote. Work it out with two numbers: quotes per month and average acreage.
- Per-acre (SiteRecon): plan price + (acres measured × $1) minus the included credit SiteRecon. Forty quarter-acre lots is 10 acres, about $10, inside Scout's $20 credit, so Scout stays $39.
- Per-search (Deep Lawn): plan price + extra searches. Forty quotes fits LaunchHD at $120 Deep Lawn.
- Flat (getbids pro, LawnPro): the price doesn't move with volume: $20 getbids pro or $39 on LawnPro Startup LawnPro.
For a 40-acre commercial site, per-acre pricing is about $40 in SiteRecon credits, while PI Complete would be 20 credits at 1 per 2 acres Aspire. Credit prices for PI Complete aren't published, so ask Aspire before you compare.
Where we fit
AboveYard is our product, so weigh this accordingly. It's a free measuring and quoting tool for residential lawn care and pressure washing crews. It's not a commercial takeoff platform: no AI auto-measure, no site audits, no PDF plan takeoffs. You trace areas in square feet and lines in linear feet on satellite imagery, price them from your own rate sheet, and send a quote page the customer signs. If that's all you need, try a property in the lawn size calculator or sign up free.
