The service

AboveYard provides tools to measure properties from satellite imagery, build price quotes, and collect customer approvals online. The free calculators may be used without an account.

Measurements are estimates

Measurements depend on imagery quality and on the outline you draw. They are estimates, not surveys, and must not be used for legal boundaries, permits or construction tolerances. You are responsible for confirming measurements and prices before performing work.

Your account and content

Keep your password confidential. You own the quotes, rate sheets and customer data you enter, and you grant us the rights needed to store and transmit them to provide the service. You confirm you may lawfully enter your customers' information and send them quotes.

Electronic signatures

A customer's typed name and acceptance on a quote page, together with the time and IP address we record, is intended to function as an electronic signature. Whether it is enforceable in a given situation depends on applicable law and the terms you include in the quote.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam, to infringe others' rights, to scrape or resell imagery, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Pricing and early access

Early-access accounts are free until launch. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any charge applies. After launch the service is billed monthly and can be cancelled any time; no refunds for partial months.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
