How it works

STEP 1

Type the address

The satellite view opens on the property. No key, no app for the customer.

STEP 2

Trace what you'll service

Click around the lawn, beds, driveway or patio. Square footage and linear feet update as you go. Drag any point to fix it.

STEP 3

Send the quote

Your rate sheet turns measurements into line items. Send a link by text or email; the customer approves and signs online.

What's included

Pricing

$49 / month

One flat price, unlimited users and measurements. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any time.

Early-access accounts are free until launch and keep a discount after. Compare: most tools charge $100–$300 a month for the website quote feature alone, or $1.50–$3 every time you look up a property.

Common questions

How accurate is it?
You trace the area yourself on the satellite view, so it is as accurate as the outline you draw. Overhead imagery measures flat areas well: lawns, driveways, patios, roof footprints. It cannot see walls or count windows, so we don't pretend to quote those.
What if the imagery is old or trees cover the yard?
You can adjust any measurement by hand, and every quote carries a short "subject to on-site check" note by default. You can change that wording in Settings.
Does the customer need an app?
No. They get a link that opens in any browser, tick any optional add-ons, type their name to sign, and you're notified.
Can I keep using Jobber or my current scheduling tool?
Yes. AboveYard only handles measuring and quoting. Approved quotes export as a link or PDF you attach to whatever you use for scheduling and invoicing.
