How it works
1. Find the property
Address autocomplete for the US and Canada flies the satellite view to the yard.
2. Trace the lawn
Tap “Front lawn”, click around the grass and close the shape. The square footage shows on the map and weekly mowing is priced from your rate sheet, minimum included.
3. Send it and get it signed
Email or text the link. The customer sees the measured map, adds fertilization or aeration if they want, and types their name to approve.

What's the best software to measure a lawn from satellite and send quotes?+

How do I price lawn mowing from square footage?+
Set a rate per 1,000 sq ft and a minimum per visit, measure the turf area, and multiply. For example, a 6,400 sq ft lawn at $7.50 per 1,000 sq ft is $48 per visit, above a $35 minimum.
Is AboveYard free?+
Yes. AboveYard is free to use with unlimited measurements and quotes. There is no paid plan, no per-search fee and no credit card.
What doesn't AboveYard do?+
It doesn't do scheduling, invoicing, payments, AI auto-measurement or a website quote widget. It measures, prices and gets the quote signed, and works alongside whatever CRM you already use.
How accurate are satellite measurements?+
As accurate as the outline you trace on the imagery. Flat surfaces like lawns, driveways, patios and roof footprints measure well. Trees, shadows and older imagery can hide edges, so every quote carries an on-site confirmation note by default.
