About AboveYard

AboveYard is satellite measuring and quoting software for lawn care and pressure washing businesses. Contractors trace a lawn, driveway or fence on satellite imagery, price it from their own rate sheet, and send a quote the customer approves online.

What it does

• Finds a property by address and shows current satellite imagery.
• Lets you trace lawns, beds, driveways, patios and roof footprints for square footage, and fences or gutter runs for linear feet.
• Turns measurements into line items using your own rate sheet (per sq ft, per 1,000 sq ft, per linear ft, or flat).
• Sends the customer a quote page where they pick optional add-ons, sign with their name, and approve. You get an email when they open it and when they approve.

Who it's for

Owner-operators and small crews in lawn care, landscaping, pressure washing, soft washing, snow removal and similar outdoor residential services in the United States and Canada. It is not a CRM or a scheduling system; it works alongside whatever you already use for that.

Pricing

One flat price of $49 per month after launch, with unlimited users and unlimited measurements. There are no per-search credits. Accounts created during early access are free until launch.

Imagery

Satellite and aerial imagery is provided by Esri and its partners. Address search uses the ArcGIS World Geocoding service. Measurements are computed from the outline you draw, so accuracy depends on the imagery and your tracing; every quote carries an on-site confirmation note by default.
