Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email, password (stored as a hash), company name, phone, and the answers you give at sign-up.
• Quote data you enter: customer names, emails, phone numbers, property addresses, measurements, prices and notes. This is your customers' information; you are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter it.
• Approval records: when a customer approves a quote we store the name they typed, the time, and their IP address as evidence of the electronic signature.
• Usage data: which features are used and when (for example that a quote was created), and feedback you send us. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

To run the service, send the emails you ask us to send (quotes to your customers, notifications to you), improve the product, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers

Hosting on Alibaba Cloud (United States region). Email delivery through Resend. Map imagery and address search through Esri ArcGIS services; the address you search is sent to Esri to be located. Each provider processes data only to provide its service.

Customers of our users

If you received a quote link, the contractor who sent it controls your data. We process it on their behalf. Contact them to correct or delete it; you can also email us and we will pass the request on.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. Email hello@aboveyard.com to delete your account and its data; we complete deletions within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and Canada), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to opt out of certain uses. Email hello@aboveyard.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers with daily backups. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at hello@aboveyard.com if you believe there has been a breach.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders.
