If you type goilawn.com into a browser today, you land on PropertyIntel, a product page on Aspire's website. Go iLawn didn't vanish; it was folded into Aspire's measuring and estimating tool. That leaves long-time users with a choice: move into PropertyIntel, or use the change as a reason to shop around.

This guide compares the main Go iLawn alternatives for lawn and landscape contractors. Every competitor fact comes from the vendor's own website, checked October 17, 2026.

Short answer: stay with PropertyIntel if you run Aspire and bid commercial work. Look at SiteRecon if you want AI takeoffs with published prices. Look at Deep Lawn or QuoteIQ if you mostly quote homeowners. Look at LawnPro or getbids pro if price matters most.

What PropertyIntel is now

Aspire's PropertyIntel page says clients "moving over from Go iLawn or LandOne get direct support from the PropertyIntel team to link and transfer their existing projects." What the product includes, per that page:

  • ProMaps AI, which detects and measures pavement, surfaces and building footprints from aerial imagery.
  • Manual drawing on imagery and on PDF site plans, with snap-to-lines on PDFs.
  • Three imagery options: high-resolution aerial imagery from two providers with leaf-off views refreshed "as often as every few months," plus satellite imagery for rural North America. Historical dates and 45-degree views are listed too.
  • Estimating and visual proposals, and integration with the rest of Aspire.

The tiers are Essential (one user), Advanced (five users, AI tools, templates, automated workflows) and Enterprise (unlimited users, custom credit plan, branch management, SSO). Prices are not published on that page; you start a free trial or talk to sales.

There is also a done-for-you option. PI Complete has Aspire's cartography team do the measuring with a "24-48 hour turnaround," at "1 credit per 2 acres, with a 3-credit minimum." Aspire's own examples: a 1-acre property is 3 credits, a 10-acre property is 5 credits, and a 53-acre property is 27 credits.

Questions to answer before you switch

  1. Commercial or residential? Commercial takeoffs with many layers (turf, beds, hardscape, snow zones) need a different tool than a 6,000 sq ft front-and-back mow quote.
  2. Do you run Aspire? If yes, PropertyIntel is already wired into your estimating. Leaving it means re-keying measurements.
  3. Do you want to measure, or have it done? Done-for-you takeoffs save hours but add per-acre or per-search costs.
  4. How many measurements a month? Credit and search-based plans get expensive at volume. Count last season's bids first.
  5. What happens to old maps? Export the reports and PDFs you still use before you cancel anything.

The alternatives, one by one

SiteRecon

SiteRecon is the most direct Go iLawn replacement for commercial work. Its home page claims "95–98% AI accuracy on any property," and lists done-for-you takeoffs, multi-layer service mapping, bulk property measurements and site audit templates for landscaping, snow, paving and HOA maintenance.

Its pricing page is the most transparent in this category:

Plan Monthly Annual Users Measurement credits
Scout $39/mo $399/yr 1 $20/month
Growth $250/mo $2,850/yr 2 $200/month
Teams $400/mo $4,560/yr 5 $200/month
Partner $500/mo $5,700/yr 5 $200/month

Credits are "$1 per acre." Extra users are $39/month on Scout and Growth, $59 on Teams and $69 on Partner. Done-for-you takeoffs start on Growth. Monthly Scout credits don't roll over; annual plans keep unused credits for the year.

Best for: commercial maintenance and snow contractors who want AI takeoffs and site audits with prices they can see before a sales call.

Deep Lawn

Deep Lawn's measurements page says you "type an address and Deep Lawn measures the lawn, lot and buildings in seconds," including driveways, walkways, fence lines and tree canopy, with leaf-off winter imagery for shaded lots. You can add, cut or adjust areas and the price recalculates.

The pricing page lists LaunchHD at $120/month (40 searches), ProfessionalHD $200 (100), PerformanceHD $500 (300) and PremiumHD $1,500 (800). Extra searches run $2.50 down to $1.50, and team members are $22/month each. Plans are month-to-month.

Best for: residential lawn and pest companies that quote high volumes of homes, often from a website storefront.

QuoteIQ

QuoteIQ's pricing page lists Essentials at $29.99/month (1 user), Beginner $99.99 (2), Pro $199.99 (4), Elite $299.99 (10) and Max $699.99 (20), with extra users at $25. MapMeasure Pro uses "Google's satellite layer," starts on Beginner, and has a Linear Mode "for fences, gutters and edging." AI AutoMeasure costs "100 IQ Credits per surface." Every plan has a 14-day free trial.

Best for: owner-operators who want measuring, quoting, scheduling and payments in one app.

LawnPro

LawnPro's estimates page says "the satellite area calculator, included on every plan, lets you measure any property from your desk." AI Measurements is "a pay-per-use add-on," with no price shown. LawnPro "does not collect an e-signature on estimates"; customers click Approve in a portal. The pricing page lists Solo free (1 user, 25 customers), Startup $39/month (3 users), Grow $129 (7) and Plus $249 (15), with 20% off annually.

Best for: residential lawn businesses that want a cheap full system and don't need signatures.

getbids pro

getbids pro is $20/month with "no tiers, no feature gating, no per-seat math" and unlimited users. You draw areas on a satellite map for square footage, and customers sign by text or email link. It lists pressure washing, lawn care, painting, decks, pavers, concrete, windows and gutters, with a 14-day trial and no card.

Best for: small crews doing lawn plus other exterior work.

Rough cost at your volume

Credit and search pricing only makes sense against your own numbers. A worked example for 60 residential quotes a month:

  • Deep Lawn: ProfessionalHD covers 100 searches for $200 Deep Lawn. LaunchHD would be $120 + 20 extra × $2.50 = $170.
  • SiteRecon Scout: $39 plus acreage. Sixty quarter-acre lots is 15 acres, or about $15 of credits at $1 per acre SiteRecon, inside the $20 monthly credit.
  • Flat-price tools: getbids pro stays $20 getbids pro; LawnPro Startup stays $39 LawnPro.

Swap in your own quote count and average lot size. For commercial work the math flips: a single 53-acre site is 27 PI Complete credits Aspire or about $53 of SiteRecon credits, and the time saved on a large takeoff usually outweighs the fee.

Where we fit

AboveYard is our product, so weigh this accordingly. It's a free measuring and quoting tool for residential lawn care and pressure washing, not a commercial takeoff platform, so it doesn't replace PropertyIntel or SiteRecon for multi-layer commercial bids. You trace lawns, beds and driveways in square feet and edges or fences in linear feet on satellite imagery, price them from your rate sheet, and send a quote page the customer signs. There's no AI auto-measure and no per-search fee. You can try a property in the lawn size calculator, or sign up free.

How to choose

  • You run Aspire and bid commercial: move to PropertyIntel and use the migration help.
  • Commercial, not on Aspire, want visible prices: SiteRecon.
  • High-volume residential quoting with AI: Deep Lawn or QuoteIQ.
  • Small residential crew, lowest cost: LawnPro Solo, getbids pro, or our free tool.

Before you commit, run the same five properties you've already measured in Go iLawn through each trial and compare the numbers. For a wider list, see our roundup of satellite measuring software for lawn care or the SiteRecon alternatives guide.
