If you're shopping for ResponsiBid alternatives, start with what ResponsiBid actually is: a sales system for exterior and home cleaning companies. It is built to turn website visitors into booked jobs with instant prices, tiered options and automatic follow-up. It is not a full CRM and, per its pricing page, it doesn't list satellite measuring.
So the right alternative depends on why you're leaving. Some owners want a lower monthly bill. Some want one app instead of ResponsiBid plus a CRM. Some want to measure driveways and houses from the office. This guide sorts the options by those reasons. Every competitor fact comes from the vendor's own site, checked October 19, 2026. Where a fact isn't on their site, we say "not listed."
What ResponsiBid does well
ResponsiBid's pricing page lists three plans:
| Plan | Price | Users |
|---|---|---|
| Startup | Free | 1 admin, unlimited sub-users |
| Scaling | $179/month | 1 admin, unlimited sub-users |
| Pro | $229/month | 1 admin, unlimited sub-users |
Every plan lists a quoting calculator that prices from job details, multiple service tiers, auto-upsells, bundle discounts and "Instant Quoting on Your Website." Lead tools include a sales pipeline, email follow-up automation and text follow-up through Twilio. Scheduling features include a calendar, "CrewCal" scheduling and customer self-scheduling. It connects to Jobber, The Customer Factor, Housecall Pro, ServiceMonster, Markate and Google Calendar, plus Zapier, SendJim and NiceJob (ResponsiBid pricing).
The ResponsiBid homepage names window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, house cleaning, carpet cleaning and Christmas light installation. One customer quote on that page sums up the pitch: self-quoting on the website "is a game changer."
If your website already gets steady traffic and you sell multi-service packages (windows plus gutters plus house wash), that's a strong fit. People usually look elsewhere for three reasons:
- Cost. $179 to $229 a month is a lot for a solo operator with little website traffic.
- Two systems. You still need a CRM for invoicing and payments, which ResponsiBid connects to rather than replaces.
- No measuring listed. Pricing a driveway or a house wash by square foot means measuring somewhere else first.

The alternatives, one by one
QuoteIQ: closest match on features
QuoteIQ's pricing page lists Essentials at $29.99/month (1 user), Beginner $99.99 (2 users), Pro $199.99 (4 users), Elite $299.99 (10 users) and Max $699.99 (20 users), with extra users at $25/month. Scheduling, invoicing and online payments are on every plan. MapMeasure Pro and e-signatures start on Beginner. InstaQuote, its self-quote tool, is on Elite and Max. The 14-day trial requires a credit or debit card.
Best for: owners who want ResponsiBid-style self-quoting and satellite measuring in the same app as invoicing, and who will pay for Elite to get it.
Jobber: the CRM most ResponsiBid users already have
Jobber's pricing page lists Core at $29/month prepaid annually ($39 with a one-year monthly commitment, $49 with no commitment) for 1 user, with quotes, invoicing, online payments, online booking and automated reminders. Automated quote and invoice follow-ups start on Connect at $99/month annually. The 14-day trial is on the Grow plan with no credit card required. Satellite measuring is not listed.
Best for: dropping ResponsiBid and living with Jobber's request form and quote follow-ups instead of instant prices.
Housecall Pro: tiered plans for larger crews
Housecall Pro's pricing page lists Basic at $59/month annually ($79 monthly, 1 user), Essentials at $149 annually ($189 monthly, 5 users) and Max at $299 annually ($329 monthly, 8 users, $35 per extra user). Online booking, estimates, invoicing and payments are on every plan; a sales proposal tool is on Max. The 14-day trial needs no credit card. E-signature and satellite measuring are not listed on the pricing page.
Best for: companies with several techs that want one vendor for dispatch, payments and marketing.
The Customer Factor: flat price, unlimited employees
The Customer Factor's pricing page lists one plan at $44.95/month with unlimited employees and sub-users, no setup fees, no contracts and a 30-day risk-free period. It also says it plans to move to three tiers. Feature details are on separate pages, so check estimates and online booking there before you switch. ResponsiBid connects to it, so you can also run both.
Best for: window cleaning companies that want a low, flat CRM bill as the team grows.
getbids pro: lowest price for an all-in-one
getbids pro lists one plan at $20/month with "every feature, every user," a 14-day trial with no card, and unlimited crew. It lists satellite measuring, signed estimates by text or email, scheduling, invoicing, payments by card, ACH, Venmo and Zelle, automated follow-ups and Google review requests. Window cleaning, gutters and pressure washing are named trades. A website quote widget is not listed. We compared it in detail in our getbids pro alternatives guide.
Best for: solo operators who want measuring, quoting and payments for the least money.
CrewNest: free plan to start
CrewNest's pricing page lists a free plan (1 user, up to 3 estimates and 10 satellite measurements a month) and Pro at $29.99/month or $290/year with unlimited estimates, measurements and team members. Both include invoicing, card payments through Stripe, a booking page, a customer portal and route planning. E-signature is not listed.
Best for: brand-new businesses that want to start free and upgrade later.
A free option for measured quotes (our product)
AboveYard is ours, so weigh this accordingly. It is free, with unlimited measurements and no credit card. You trace driveways, house footprints, roofs and gutter lines on satellite imagery, price them from your own rate sheet, and send a quote the customer signs online. It also includes a website quote button where homeowners outline their own driveway or lawn and see an estimate from your rates. It does not do scheduling, invoicing, payments, multi-step follow-up sequences, or per-pane window pricing, so for window-heavy work ResponsiBid or a CRM is still the better fit. Try the free pressure washing price calculator to see how per-square-foot pricing works.
How to choose
- You live on website leads and sell packages: stay on ResponsiBid, or move to QuoteIQ Elite if you want measuring in the same app.
- You want to cut the bill and keep instant prices: compare QuoteIQ's plans against what you pay today.
- You only need a CRM with booking requests: Jobber Core or Housecall Pro Basic.
- You run windows with a growing crew: The Customer Factor's flat price.
- You want the lowest-cost all-in-one: getbids pro or CrewNest.
- You price flatwork and house washes by square foot and already have a CRM: a free measuring and quoting tool next to it.
Before switching, export your client list and quote history, and rebuild your three most common packages in each trial. Then quote the same five real addresses in each tool and compare the totals. For more options, see our pressure washing quoting software comparison.
