Pressure Washing Quoting Software Compared (2026)
Pressure washing quoting software compared: ResponsiBid, QuoteIQ, CrewNest, SurfaceMeasure, Measured Bid, Jobber and AboveYard, with prices and measuring.
By the AboveYard team · Updated October 16, 2026 · 6 min read
Pressure washing quotes come in three shapes. Flatwork (driveways, patios, sidewalks) is priced by the square foot. House washes are priced by footprint, wall area or a flat rate by story. Fences and gutters go by the linear foot. Good quoting software has to handle all three, or at least the ones you sell most.
The tools in this guide approach that problem very differently. Some measure the surface for you. Some ask the homeowner. Some leave measuring to you and focus on follow-up. Every competitor fact below comes from that vendor's own pages, fetched October 16, 2026.
If you need a refresher on rates first, see our guide to pressure washing prices per square foot.
What to look for
- Measuring flatwork remotely. Can you trace a driveway on satellite, or do you type a number?
- House and roof measuring. Wall and roof area are harder to get from above. A few tools estimate them.
- Website quoting. Do homeowners get a price on your site, or a contact form?
- Approval. E-signature, click-to-approve, or a PDF they reply to.
- What's bundled. Scheduling, invoicing and payments in one app, or a quoting tool that feeds your CRM.

The tools
ResponsiBid
ResponsiBid is a sales system more than a measuring tool, and it's built with exterior cleaners in mind. Its pricing page names window cleaning, pressure washing and gutter cleaning as core fits. Plans are Startup (free), Scaling ($179/month) and Pro ($229/month), plus a setup fee for coached onboarding whose amount isn't listed.
Features include a quoting calculator based on building size and service details, tiered service options, auto-upsells, bundles, instant quoting on your website, and automated email and text follow-up. It schedules into Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceMonster and others, and supports PayPal deposits. The instant quote page describes an embeddable form or pop-up.
Best for: companies with steady inbound leads that want good-better-best pricing and relentless follow-up.
QuoteIQ
QuoteIQ covers the whole business. The pricing page lists five plans from $29.99 to $699.99/month by user count, with estimates, invoices, scheduling and payments on all of them. MapMeasure Pro starts on Beginner ($99.99) and measures roofs, lawns and driveways on Google's satellite layer, with a Linear Mode for fences and gutters. E-signatures start on Beginner; InstaQuote is on Elite and Max.
Its pressure washing page describes an AI Estimator that prices by surface type, square footage, cleaning method, story height and condition, and lists Stripe fees of 2.9% + $0.30 plus a 1% platform fee per transaction.
Best for: owner-operators ready to run everything in one app.
CrewNest
CrewNest is built for pressure washing, lawn care and snow removal. Its pressure washing page describes measuring driveways, roofs, decks and siding from satellite imagery, soft wash chemical-mix calculators, and estimates customers approve online. The pricing page lists a free plan (one user, three estimates and 10 satellite measurements a month) and Pro at $29.99/month or $290/year with unlimited estimates, measurements and team members.
Best for: small crews that want measuring, invoicing and scheduling for a low flat price.
SurfaceMeasure
SurfaceMeasure is a focused measuring and quoting tool for contractors who price by the square foot. You search the address, trace the driveway, patio or parking lot, set your rate, and export a branded PDF quote or share link. The pricing page lists one Pro plan at $29.99/month or $299/year with unlimited measurements.
Best for: flatwork-heavy and commercial operators who want a fast number and a clean PDF.
Measured Bid
Measured Bid estimates from aerial roof data. Its pressure washing page says house washing uses gross wall area and roof cleaning uses sloped roof area, with your rates, story multipliers and minimums. Homeowners see a price range on your website and send their details. One caveat it states plainly: "Driveway area is not measured"; homeowners pick a driveway size instead.
Pricing is Starter at $99/month (150 estimates), Pro at $249 (600) and Multi-market at $499 (2,000), with extras from $0.30 to $0.50.
Best for: house wash and roof cleaning companies that want a measured price range on their website.
Jobber
Jobber is the CRM many established crews already use. Its pricing page lists Core at $29/month (1 user), Connect at $99 (5 users), Grow at $149 (10 users) and Plus at $399 (15 users), billed annually. Quotes include "signature approvals," and online booking and request forms are on every plan. Optional line items for upsells start on Grow. Satellite measuring isn't listed.
Best for: multi-crew companies that need scheduling, invoicing and payments, and will measure elsewhere.
Where AboveYard fits
AboveYard handles the measure-price-sign part of the job and nothing else, for now. You trace a driveway or patio as an area, or a fence as a linear run, on Esri satellite imagery. Your rate sheet prices it per sq ft, per linear foot or flat, with minimums. The customer gets a quote page where they can tick optional add-ons, like sealing or a house wash, and sign with a typed e-signature. You get an email when they open it and when they approve.
It's a flat $49/month after launch, unlimited users and measurements, no per-search credits, and free during early access. It doesn't do scheduling, invoicing, payments or deposits, AI auto-measurement, house wall-area estimates, or a website widget yet. You would pair it with the CRM you already use.
Try the measuring with the free driveway square footage calculator, then sign up if it fits.
