The main MeasureLawn alternatives for lawn care businesses are QuoteIQ, LawnPro, Deep Lawn, Jobber, Yardbook, getbids pro and AboveYard. MeasureLawn is best known as a free lawn measuring tool for homeowners, and MeasureLawn Pro is its paid side for lawn care companies. This guide compares Pro with the tools a lawn care owner would look at next. Every competitor fact below comes from the vendor's own website, checked October 17, 2026. AboveYard is our product, so weigh what we say about it accordingly.
What MeasureLawn does well
MeasureLawn's Pro page is built around one idea: put a quote button on your website, let the homeowner outline their lawn on satellite imagery, and give them an estimate from your prices. That is a real feature, and not many tools at this price have it.
Its pricing page lists three plans:
- Bronze, free. Network lead offers only (first 3 free, then $30 per accepted lead). No website button, hosted page or quote builder.
- Silver, $39/month. Unlimited measurements and instant quotes (subject to fair use), a branded website button with your logo and colors, a hosted page at mylawnpage.com/your-company, a quote builder for any address, and a customer accept link. Leads from your own site are free, unlimited and "never resold." Network leads are $20 each after the first 3.
- Gold, $79/month. Everything in Silver, network leads at $10 each after the first 3, and you are listed first when homeowners see several providers. Gold widgets are "eligible for assisted measurement when the feature is enabled," with manual measuring still available.
Billing is monthly only, and paid plans start with a 60-day trial, no card required. MeasureLawn notes there's no per-measurement charge, but "per-account daily ceilings and visitor rate limits apply."
Not listed on those pages: e-signature, number of users, CRM integrations, scheduling or invoicing.
What to check before you switch
- Do you need the website quote button? If homeowners finding you online is your main lead source, that feature narrows the list fast.
- Do you need a signature, or is "accept" enough? Commercial accounts and HOAs often want a signed quote.
- How many people need a login? Per-user pricing adds up with a crew lead or office help.
- Do you already run a CRM? If scheduling and invoicing live in Jobber or similar, you may only need a measuring and quoting layer.
- Do you buy leads? MeasureLawn's network leads are a separate cost from the subscription.

The alternatives, one by one
QuoteIQ
QuoteIQ's pricing page lists Essentials at $29.99/month (1 user), Beginner $99.99 (2 users), Pro $199.99 (4), Elite $299.99 (10) and Max $699.99 (20), with extra users at $25 each. MapMeasure Pro starts on Beginner and uses Google's satellite layer, with a Linear Mode for fences and edging. E-signatures start on Beginner; InstaQuote, its customer self-quote page, starts on Elite.
Best for: owners who want quoting, scheduling and payments in one app and will pay for the tier their features sit on.
LawnPro
LawnPro's estimates page says its satellite area calculator is "included on every plan," and AI Measurements is a pay-per-use add-on. It states that it "does not collect an e-signature on estimates"; customers click Approve, Decline or Request Changes in their portal. The pricing page lists a free Solo plan (1 user, 25 customers), then Startup at $39/month (3 users), Grow $129 (7) and Plus $249 (15), with 20% off annually.
Best for: lawn operators who want a full system for little money and don't need signatures.
Deep Lawn
Deep Lawn's measurements page says you "type an address and Deep Lawn measures the lawn, lot and buildings in seconds," with tools to add, cut or adjust areas. Its online sales page describes a storefront with instant prices, "E-signature with your terms and conditions" and optional payment. The pricing page runs from $120/month for 40 searches to $1,500 for 800, with extra searches at $1.50 to $2.50 and team members at $22/month each.
Best for: the closest match to MeasureLawn's website button, with AI measuring and signed checkout, at a higher price.
Jobber
Jobber's pricing page lists Core at $29/month, Connect $99, Grow $149 and Plus $399, billed annually for one user; the price rises with each added user. Quotes include "signature approvals," and online booking and request forms are listed. Measuring tools aren't listed on the pricing page, so you'd measure elsewhere.
Best for: crews that need scheduling, invoicing and a client hub more than a measuring tool.
Yardbook
Yardbook's pricing page lists a free Starter plan that includes estimates, invoices, scheduling and measuring lot sizes on satellite images, plus Business at $34.99/month and Enterprise at $49.99/month. Its Enterprise plan is described as "no ads", so the lower plans show ads. Its estimate approval help page says customers can approve online, with an optional signature field.
Best for: solo and small lawn businesses that want free all-in-one software and don't mind ads.
getbids pro
getbids pro is CRM software for exterior trades. You "pull up the address, draw the area on the satellite map" for square footage, including lawn areas and linear feet. It lists e-signatures by text or email link, payments and scheduling for one flat price of $20/month with unlimited users, and a 14-day trial with no card. A website quote widget isn't listed.
Best for: small crews doing lawn plus other exterior work who want a cheap flat price.
Where AboveYard fits
AboveYard is our product, so weigh this accordingly. It's a measuring and quoting tool, not a full CRM, and it does not have MeasureLawn's website quote button. If homeowners quoting themselves on your site is the point, MeasureLawn, Deep Lawn or QuoteIQ Elite fit better.
What it does: you trace lawns, beds and driveways in square feet and edging or fence lines in linear feet on Esri satellite imagery, with address autocomplete for the US and Canada. Your rate sheet prices each service per sq ft, per 1,000 sq ft, per linear foot or flat, each with a minimum, and marks it per visit (mowing) or one-time. Starter templates cover lawn care and pressure washing.
You send the customer a quote page by email or text with the measured map and optional add-ons they can tick. They approve with a typed e-signature recorded with time and IP. You get an email when it's opened and when it's approved, and the page prints cleanly.
It's free: no paid plan, no credit card, unlimited measurements and quotes, and no per-search fee. It doesn't do scheduling, invoicing, payments or AI auto-measure, so it's meant to run alongside the CRM you already have. More on the quoting side is on our lawn care quoting software page, or you can test a property in the lawn size calculator.
